For eligible online orders, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

Important: For hygiene reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may lose cancellation eligibility if unsealed after delivery. This does not affect your legal rights for faulty goods.
