Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The order must include all original parts and components.
• The packaging must be in its original condition where possible.
• The product must only show signs of normal handling.
• Damage caused by careless use is excluded.
• Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
• Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
• We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns will be reviewed within 7 working days after receipt. If approved, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

Return refusal

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used, damaged or altered through no fault of our own.

This includes products that are returned incomplete, damaged, unhygienic or not in a condition suitable for resale, unless the item is faulty or your legal rights apply.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

All return shipments may need to be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, meaning a natural person acting outside of business purposes, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email of your decision to cancel. The withdrawal process is completed once we have received the returned goods.

Cancellation conditions

To exercise your cancellation right, you must notify us clearly by email at info@revitaray.com.

• Include your order number.
• Use the email address used at checkout.
• Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
• Return the goods in accordance with the instructions we provide.

Important notice on order processing

As we use a fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.

Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once they are already in transit. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until the product is delivered before initiating a return.
